Wesleyan post superhero battle- 4/5/17 12 p.m.

FORT WORTH, TX: Texas Wesleyan University is making efforts to restore the campus damage due to a superhero battle. The campus is closed until further notice, and will resume as soon we can ensure the safety of the buildings.

Wesleyan’s community counseling center is offering grief counseling to anyone who may need it. More information on this can be found on our website www.fauxwesleyancrisis.wordpress.com.

Alumni and Student Life have arranged for catering to arrive at the hotels where students are staying until the West Express Eatery is deemed safe, which is projected to be less than a week.

Hotels have been contacted and are going to house students affected by the destruction of dorms until they have been repaired.

Regarding monetary value, each student can file a report to Student Life regarding their personal belongings lost in the battle.

We are still waiting on city engineers to inspect all buildings. The damage to Sid Richardson was minor, and does not affect the overall building. The estimated cost of property damage is 12.3 million dollars.

Texas Wesleyan has now turned to the business continuity plan, which is available online along with future updates  at http://www.fauxwelseyan crisis.wordpress.com.
